Harborlight Community Partners is creating Anchor Point, 77 affordable two- and three-bedroom family units, built in two Phases (38 and 39 units respectively) located at Tozer and Sohier Roads in Beverly, MA. A third building, The Lighthouse Center, will be the heart of the community.
